Ah, damn it. Incognito was sooooo happy about the rising tension. He REALLY thought a war would break out.... and then Helena shut everyone up in a second.

As if that's not enough, she revealed Oblivion's (non-violent) purpose. As stated in chapter 2 page 1, she plans to turn Oblivion's headquarters into a vampire sanctuary.

Integra is surprised at what she's hearing (she's used to everyone wanting to kill them, so this was something unexpected XD). Seras is overjoyed to learn that her little friend isn't as evil as she looks. Maxwell is just plain confused and unimpressed. As for the Major..... hoooooo boy, the Major is having one of his evil, plotting moments.
