The plot thickens. Incognito is wasting no time to reveal as much about Oblivion as he can.

At first, nobody was impressed by what they heard. They all thought it was funny actually. However, during the Incognito arc in the TV series, Integra found herself under constant attack. First Laura, then the British military tried to arrest her, then Incognito captured her, and finally, she was thrown into a dungeon accused of treason. Taking all this into account, Integra knows first hand just how dangerous Incognito's schemes can be, which is why she was the only one not laughing (even though the Queen herself was XD).

But, when Incognito revealed that Helena and Fargason are in the organisation with him, that's when the laughter suddenly stopped. Now, Helena and Fargason aren't all that scary. However, the thought that they actually joined Incognito is what silenced everyone in an instant. It was a shock.
